Our team is made up of some of the leading lights in the commercial finance industry. From the original founders to our most recent joiners, we are united in our goal to make becoming a successful and compliant commercial finance broker as easy as possible.
Piotr has been in the banking and finance industry since 1989, having held various senior positions within Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland in the Commercial Banking and Asset Finance divisions. In 2015 he made the decision to leave the high street banks to start and grow Synergy Commercial Finance. Piotr is especially proud of what Synergy Commercial Finance has achieved since its formation, especially of the success of its franchisees.
In his varied role he can be found recruiting new network members, supporting existing network members, working with funders, and representing Synergy Commercial Finance at industry events.
Outside of work he likes to spend time with his family and enjoy holidays, music, rugby union and motorsport.

When not busy with the expanding day job, Nick likes nothing better than enjoying a day at the races and the additional buzz of racehorse breeding and ownership. He is also a keen cyclist, often exploring the local Yorkshire countryside.
